BIOGRAPHY

Brittany Finch
Growing up exploring the mountainous landscapes around the Clark Fork River, Brittany Finch developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the natural world. Her childhood was filled with adventures, collecting tiny treasures and observing wildlife—sometimes capturing insects, snakes, or turtles for close study. This early curiosity evolved into a passion for art, where she set out to recreate the intricate details of her surroundings on paper.
Brittany’s artwork is an invitation to slow down and notice the richness in everyday life — the veins of leaves, the reflections in water, or the tiny insects that often go unseen. Her fixation with capturing perfection can be frustrating, but the process of observing and translating these details keeps her returning to her sketchbook. Through her art, she hopes others are inspired to pause, observe, and appreciate the beauty and complexity found in the smallest elements of nature around them.
